Meet the Cahill Physical Therapy Staff
My goal is to get you to wellness as quickly as possible.
When you’re looking for a physical therapist, you want one with the highest level of education possible. One who has advanced knowledge to help you heal and reach your health and fitness goals. Well, that Physical Therapist is Catherine M. Cahill, PT, DPT, owner of Cahill Physical Therapy. Cathy has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and combined with yearly certifications in continuing education, you will get the very best, up-to-date care possible from a very caring, compassionate medical professional. With over 25 year’s experience, every patient that comes through her door is treated with the utmost respect, no matter your circumstances, no matter your concern.
Many physical therapists drag out a patient’s treatment. Not Cathy. Her goal is to get you to wellness as quickly as possible, using a wide variety of treatments, including PMA Pilates and GYROTONIC®, both in which she’s certified. Depending on your injury, it’s comforting to know that Cathy specializes in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. Cathy has built Cahill Physical Therapy to a state-of-the-art clinic with a wide range of services for patients, physicians, and fitness professionals. As an expert in her field, Cathy serves as a consultant, and physical therapist of choice, for many of the top medical practices on the Westside. Cathy is also a sought after physical therapist for the sports and entertainment industries, working with high-level athletes and movie and television individuals.

Lexi is a very enthusiastic and passionate Physical Therapist. Her aim will always be to provide quality, compassionate care, deliver expertise, and share her knowledge so that patients can empower themselves, prevent future pain, and get back to doing what they love.
Physical therapy is not only about reducing pain and improving the way you move, it’s also about receiving education on your specific body’s needs. Lexi treats her patients with the goal to not only help heal what is currently bringing them to physical therapy, but to also educate her patients and share her knowledge on their own body mechanics. With an extensive background in Yoga teachings and up-to-date Physical Therapy research including a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from West Coast University, Lexi offers a skillful eye and will work closely with you to understand what sets you back from doing the things you love, or have always dreamed to do. In this way, Lexi treats her patients in the hopes that her teachings will extend beyond treatment sessions to encourage patients to continue to keep moving, pursue the activities that bring them joy, and prevent future injuries.
Lexi firmly believes in the power of movement as a therapy for both the physical and mental challenges of life. Her treatments consider the body as a whole. She understands that a stronger body can breed a stronger mind and ultimately a better life.

Bailey, is our sweet apricot standard poodle who periodically visits Cahill Physical Therapy. She is nine years old and a certified therapy dog. Her sensitive nature and hypoallergenic coat make her an ideal for the clinical setting. She senses when a patient is in pain, and wants to help with our sessions by sitting quietly under the treatment table. Bailey will only come into a room if invited by our patients. Patients really enjoy petting her when lying down in our treatment room.
She gets booked up quick, so keep that in mind when coming in for treatment!
Bailey’s license is CB579454
